I’m truly grateful for First Lutheran School for being an amazing school for my daughter. I love it that she did not only learned her academic but she also learned so much about bible characters and God.

This year is an extra special mother’s day. The kid’s are extra fun and creative and a little bit grown that they appreciate holidays a little bit more than they were younger.
I also love it that I get to spend it with my mom.

Our dear friend, Music with Sara has written a new song, just in time for Valentine’s Day! The song is titled El Dia del Amor y la Amistad. My husband and I are so privileged for the opportunity to work on the music video. I worked on the paper cut outs and my hubby did the awesome animation.

DS wanted to celebrate his 7th birthday in Legoland this year. We scored 2 day Park Hopper passes through a friend’s discount.
Our passes were good for admission to Sea Life, Legoland Theme Park and the Legoland Water Park.
We went to Sea Life first, because the theme park was still closed when we got there. Sea life is an aquarium with Lego characters. The set up is catered to young children and very interactive. It’s almost like a discovery museum. DS and DD enjoyed it! I loved the variety of colorful sea animals the most =)
The Theme Park was cute. They had a variety of attractions for the children. DH was able to ride with DS in the more adventurous rides and I stayed with DD unless there was a ride she felt like getting on.
I was very happy with the variety of rides available. The kids were able to enjoy rides they were able to go on by themselves and there were also some that we can all go on as a family.
More than just the rides, we also enjoyed the other activities available in the park.

There were a lot of photo opps everywhere! Walking Lego people!!!
And ALL types of Lego Sculptures! I love it!
There was a small water play area (apart from the actual Water Park), which is always a hit with the children!
Being parents to young children, I always appreciate play areas. And Legoland delivered! =)
We were there from opening to closing of the park and we didn’t even cover the whole park. I’m so glad we had a ticket for a 2nd day! Next time, we’ll be heading to the Water Park =)
It was very tiring, but very fun! We had an amazing family time celebrating DS’s 7th Birthday at Legoland California!

(Press) Command-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it as a file on the deskto
or
(Press) Command-Shift-4, then select an area: Take a screenshot of an area and save it as a file on the desktop

I’ve always been grateful daily for every single thing that God has allowed to happen in my life and my family’s life.
It’s so cool that thanksgiving falls not too far from my birthday. It gives me a head start on listing all of God’s blessing throughout the year. And I can list the things that I want to accomplish the coming year.
This year I dedicated to being artistic and it was a success. I thank God for daily inspirations to be creative and artistic. The Lord has allowed for me to finish a book I wrote and illustrated for my daughter. The book I’m working for my son is almost finished as well.
Next year, I will be working on at least 3 more books I’ve been thinking up in my head for years and years and years.
I thank God for the continuous inspiration in everything I see, hear and experience. I thank God for my wonderful family and friends who supports me in all my endeavors. And I thank God for his loving kindness that makes everything possible!
