Here’s a super useful tip I’ve found to do screenshots of your desktop if you have a mac:

(Press) Command-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it as a file on the deskto

or

(Press) Command-Shift-4, then select an area: Take a screenshot of an area and save it as a file on the desktop

iPhone Sound Tip

Here’s a useful tip.

You know sometimes when you’re using playing with your iPhone and you realize it’s too loud and can’t seem to get to that sound button quick enough before everyone in the room stares at you?

Try covering the bottom right speaker of your cell. It immediately mutes your phone 🙂

A Story Before Bed

I was browsing the net and stumbled upon this website called www.astorybeforebed.com.

It’s an online service that lets you record yourself reading a story to a child or loved one that they can play over and over again.

I guess it’s an upgrade from the DIAL-a-STORY I’ve heard about years ago. (The one that kids can call at night and they listen to a bedtime story to put them to sleep)

With the advancement of technology and all, this is pretty much bound to happen anyway!

I love technology and I’m so happy about these new opportunities for parents to interact and be involved with their children using media!
