Many people I know or meet always say how wonderful it is for us to have one of each, one boy and one girl.
Then of course they ask the follow up question?
“So, are you guys done?”
The answer, “No, not yet! At least one more.”
Anyway, I’ve always been a planner and been so blessed with such an understanding husband. We knew we wanted to get pregnant as soon as we got married and it didn’t really matter if we were having a boy or girl, then came out son, Aaron.
For our second child, we planned everything out. We wanted our firstborn to at least be independent enough before we had a second child. We wanted him to at least 2 1/2 years old and either be already potty trained or at least almost potty trained.
For our second baby, we wanted a girl. We wanted her to be born either late February or early March. Her due date was March 15. Even with much complications, she came out on March 13. We named her Erin.
We used a Baby Gender Calculator. You just type in your ovulation information and follow the dates. Even though I know it may not work for everyone, it worked for us. So check it out!
