Tomorrow, I go back to work again. Although I love being able to spend time with my children, it’s such a blessing to actually still have work at a time like this.
So, in my attempt to try to help my hubby a bit (since I wont be able to make dinners for a while), I have decided to work out a dinner plan for the week.
So here it goes…
Monday- Sauteed Sayote (Squash) with pork and carrots
Tuesday- Beef Roast with potatoes
Wednesday- Marinated BBQ Pork Rib and corn
Thursday- Hamburger Helper
Friday- Chicken and potato stir fry
I think its harder to come up with a menu than to actually cook it. But for this week, half my battle’s already won, woohoo!
