We just got home from picking up the kids from my parents. I can’t believe that I worked today and I’m back to work again Monday. I’ve been up since 5:30 this morning and boy am I tired!
We actually stopped by 2 produce trucks today. One in LA to get some Takis (Doritos that tastes like Cheetos) and one by our place for tomatoes. I think it’s super awesome that there are very good people out there that works really hard to make money. I’m sure selling corn, fruits, veggies, hotdogs, ice cream, etc is not an easy task. And these vendors probably wake up at the break of dawn just to get their items ready to be sold.
We also passed by the Korean Market to buy some Bulgogi. DH wanted to try making his own version of a Kogi <— The newest LA craze (Korean BBQ and Kimchee on tortilla shells). And they're being sold in Taco trucks making stops in certain places. They have people following them through Twitter, and people will be waiting for their Kogis.
This is DH’s creation….muy delicioso!
