Filed under: works for me wednesdays
Two Saturdays ago, we attended a wedding at the Pasadena City Hall. The place has been on renovation for years now and it turned out well. The wedding was sweet and the new Mr and Mrs make a handsome couple.
It was such a treat to attend weddings when you don’t have to be a part of the wedding party. It’s nice to dress up anyway you please, show up when the wedding is about to start (instead of hours ahead for preparations), meet and talk to new people, and leave whenever you’re ready.
Anyway, we wanted to take a picture of us before it got dark, but at this time, we haven’t met any of our table mates yet to ask them to do it for us. The solution, we used our camera timer and put it on top of an upside down champagne glass. And voila, a make shift tripod!

You are so clever, thanks! Now, how did you make sure your heads were actually in the shot?
